Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@keepitnon-toxic.com within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@keepitnon-toxic.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the damaged items.

Return & Exchange Policy

Candle Orders
All candle orders are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. This policy helps us maintain the quality and safety of our handcrafted products.
Apparel Orders
We allow size exchanges for apparel items if they don’t fit as expected. To request a size exchange:

- Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
Store Credit Option
